For billing and subscription changes, you’ll want to reach out to our support team directly at support@finsweet.com. They’ll be able to help you switch from your current Basic Life plan to the Premium Life plan.

When you email them, please include:

  • Your current plan details (Basic Life at $199)
  • The plan you’d like to switch to (Premium Life)
  • Your account email (amyhynes@firstcarolinabank.com)

Our support team will guide you through the upgrade process and answer any questions about pricing or features.
