Consent pro works but app doesn't show any banner

Description

on my web site consent pro was installed and works fine, but I cannot configure it again in the consent pro app in webflow (it says no banner found)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Slect the consent banner in designer
  2. Launch consent pro app

Expected Behavior

I see the current banner configurable in consent with all cookies already categorized

Actual Behavior

Finsweet components says my banner was migrated to consent pro

In consent pro no banner is found

Hey @webflow2!

I think there might have been an issue when you migrated from v1 to v2. The script is correct, but the banne is still configured for v1, hence why the app is not able to find it.

I’ve opened a bug report with the team so we can look into fixing this.

If you are blocked, you can delete the previous banner and generate a new banner within the app.
