I’m reaching out following my recent exchange with the team regarding the update of my account for the Consent Pro V2. Thank you for the great support and for handling my request!
Everything looks correct on my finsweet.com dashboard where my project is listed as Premium.
However, I’m facing a persistent technical sync issue: inside the Webflow Designer extension, the app still identifies this project as “Basic”, preventing me from accessing the advanced features.
To resolve this, I have already tried the following:
- Cleared browser cookies and cache.
- Logged out and logged back into the Finsweet App within Webflow.
- Re-scanned the project multiple times.
- Cross-browser testing: I primarily use Arc Browser, but I also tested on Google Chrome, and the issue is identical on both.
Despite these steps, the status remains “Basic” in the extension. Could you please help me force a server-side sync for this specific project?
