# Webflow Form Entries on Mobile for Safari & Firefox

Myself and client not seeing the issue with the submit button. One thing that does work is when we switch from using a on click of the submit button to navigate to the /plans page to a form submit event. On mobile and desktop, it does submit the form but does not navigate to the page? Do you know the reason?

From the screenshot, I see the navigation has a conditional attached. If the condition evaluates to `false` the navigation will not occur - could you do a double check on the result of the condition?

Even removing the condition, it would not navigate after the submit event

Could you check if there’s any errors in the console when clicking on submit
