Hi there, not sure who to contact about this but I’m still getting billed for [Wized.io](http://Wized.io) but the auth stopped working and I can’t log in. Please advise.

Once you click it, there should be a blue chat icon on the bottom right, clicking on it should reveal a chat.

When I try sending a message, it shows this message (even after retrying several times):
