I’m a bit embarrassed writing this as you do so much incredible work for us, and for free! But CMS filter and load are just too buggy (cannot comment on other V2 Attributes). I have written a couple of separate posts on here during the “feedback for all” period..
Load More - Stagger does not stagger…
Filters with checkboxes - the filter disappears when a checkbox is clicked…
Filters reset - Resets, but leaves checkboxes checked.
Some strange behaviour.

It seems we are in need to improve our documentation as the issues you’ve mentioned could be related to some missing steps (cannot confirm as the read-only has been reverted to v1)
Load More - Stagger does not stagger…
We have revised our animation approach for V2, and now provide the user with full control over the item’s animation through CSS. This step may have been missed and the stagger was not working as the animations were not properly defined

Hiding empty filter elements is now native with the fs-list-emptyfacet attribute! It may have been added, and it is responsible for hiding the empty filter checkboxes
Filters reset - Resets, but leaves checkboxes checked.
You should make sure that all the radio buttons in the same group, or all the checkboxes in the same group, have the same name.
For radios, it is displayed in the Webflow settings panel as Group Name, for checkboxes, it is displayed as Name. And no other form element should have that same name if it’s not part of the radio/checkbox group.
