Description
We have a page that includes a script that loads the Calendly Widget.
We want this widget to load regardless of cookie consent, but Consent Pro is currently blocking this script from running when cookies are rejected.
How can I make Consent Pro ignore this script or make it Essential in all cases?
Site URL
Required: Please provide a staging/production URL where we can see the issue
Expected Behavior
Calendly should be loaded as an Essential script.
Actual BehaviorThe
Calendly Widget is blocked when cookies are rejected.

Hey @gil.prydvash
We’re looking into this, will update soon
Hey @gil.prydvash
You can add the custom attribute fs-consent-categories="essential" on the Calendly script so it’s always on & non-blockable, same as you’ve already done for the reCAPTCHA script on that page you shared
Do something similar as the reCAPTCHA script on your site
<script src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?onload=onloadCallback&render=explicit" async="" defer="" fs-consent-categories="essential"
type="fs-consent"></script>
Let us know how it goes
Thanks
Hi @jesse.muiruri
When I add these attributes, the widget does not appear at all, even after accepting all cookies.
script src=“https://assets.calendly.com/assets/external/widget.js” type=“fs-consent” fs-consent-categories=“essential”></script
I also want to add that Load Script Async is ON in the Global Settings.
Please advise,
Gil.
