CMS Filter Empty State for 2 Different filterable lists on the same page

I have a page with 2 searchable lists set up using CMS filter. I am having trouble getting the empty state div to show, although I have it set up with attribute fs-cmsfilter-element = empty

I am wondering if this is because I have 2 instances of CMS filter on the page, because I have the same empty state div functional on many other pages that only have 1 instance of CMS filter. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

hey @Poetic sorry for the late reply.

If you have 2 instances then the second instance should have its own empty state assigned with the -x suffix.
