Hello @Support-Luis! I’m desperately looking for help with CMS Nest. I’ve used it before successfully, and I thought this was successful but it appears like something is broken and I’m not sure what.
UPDATE: It appears that it doesn’t show any items with Sort Order #7 or higher. So weird. Also, when I created a new Updated Sort Order field, it showed NO items at all. What is up with this?
I’m afraid this is a current limitation of CMS Nest. This weird behavior occurs when we try to nest in template pages. We will address this in V2.
Although I am curious about this note

Yes, I realized that it’s not meant to be used on a template page. (Is there a hint as to when the v2 will be available? )
When I was sorting the items with a number field called Sort Order, it was showing some items but not all. It seemed to be showing items where the sort order was under 6. But then after I went through and made all items under “6” for sort order, it stopped showing those with sort orders 4, 5, 6, so I made them all 3 and below. Then they stopped showing 3, so I made them all 2.5 and below. Now they stopped showing 2.5.
I wish there was a way to do a nested reference field inside a template page. My “workaround” is messy and manual. Ugh.
This could be due to the amount of elements in the child collection. As the limit of items on one page is 100, only the first 100 items will be properly nested while the rest will fail as they are not rendered on the page for CMS Nest to properly nest them.
