I have a question. I’m using Finsweet’s Cookie consent, but next to that I also used the Hubspot plugin to add a couple of forms to my website. I used a Webflow form and linked my Hubspot form to it using the plugin.
The thing is, I’m not really seeing any scripts for the Hubspot forms. So it’s not really showing up in the finsweet plugin.
My website has a cookie for Hubspot, so my question is, is this covered with the cookie consent? Or do I need to implement the forms in a different way?
It’s a bit sad that there is no information to be found about certain issues. The cookie consent is not cheap for what it is. I would at least expect some support from finsweet if things aren’t working or if there are things that aren’t explained in the docs :/.
Could you share which issues you are looking info for? We are always looking to improve our documentation and include as much information as we can.
Regarding the Hubspot issue, I am not sure exactly which Hubspot scripts you are using but I have already addressed an issue integrating it with Cookie Consent here
If this doesn’t solve your issue please share a link with me and I’ll take a look!
Sorry for the late reply. The thing is, I haven’t added any scripts myself. I’m using the hubspot plugin in webflow to link my forms to hubspot. But it doesn’t really add any custom code I can edit or see anywhere.
So I’m wondering if this is covered by the cookie consent component or if there are extra steps I need to do in order to be fully compliant with GDPR.
Hey @dominiquetorfs, could you please share a read-only link? I’ll take a look and see what can be done.
The Hubspot plugin might be injecting code into the site settings that isn’t editable via the Webflow Designer, so we may need to explore an alternative.
For example, with reCAPTCHA, Webflow’s native integration simply requires adding your keys here:
