Cookie Consent checkboxes only filled on Home page

Description

I have added the GDPR cookie consent to my launched site. I have it set as a Global Banner with the Source of Home. On the home page, everything is working as expected but when I go to any other page and click on the Preferences button to see what is checked that are all empty.

I have only added the component to my home page. When hover over the checkboxes on all other pages besides home, my cursor does not change to the click icon/style.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the home page.
  2. Accept cookie consent preferences.
  3. Click the preferences button in the bottom left of the page.
  4. Check that all or at least one checkbox is selected.
  5. Go to the About page.
  6. Click the Preferences button.
  7. See if the checkboxes that were filled on the home page are also filled on the about page.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to see the same boxes checked on the about page as the home page.

Actual Behavior

All pages besides the home page do not show checkboxes checked.

Hi @web1!

When using Global Banner, the main components load from your specified source page (/terms-of-service), but this page does not seem to exist on your pulished project.

Could you please check your Global Banner settings are set correctly, republish and let me know how it goes?

If that doesn’t work, try removing and regenerating your component from the Finsweet Cookie Consent app, or consider turning off Global Banner and adding the component to each page template manually.
