In the test environment, it works fine (test env), but in production (garagelabs.cl), it doesn’t work, even when browsing in incognito mode. It disappears quickly, and I cannot access the button to configure the cookies.

Hey @fernando1! Finsweet components are free on the staging URL, but need a license for the production domain. Have you added a license to your project?
How do you add the actual license? Got the license, but app doesn’t know.

I have the same issue, I have a subscription but the app doesnt know and not sure what to do
You can go to https://my.finsweet.com/subscriptions with the account that purchased the subscription and update the domain URL for it.
