Custom "Open Preferences" Button only working on page "Home"

Description

The button/link in the footer which I use to open the preferences only works on the page where the global consent element is pulled from. On the other pages, the button/link does nothing and the consent preferences don’t open.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open page “Startseite” and click on “Cookie-Einstellungen” in the footer.
  2. Open any other page and click on “Cookie-Einstellungen” in the footer.

Expected Behavior

Consent preferences should open on both/any page/s.

Actual Behavior

Consent preferences only open on page “Startseite”
