Filter-2 Inside of CMS list (1)

I have read on the CMS Filter page that we can use two separate instances of the attribute on the same page using the -X notation.

I have done this and the second filter/list is not working.

Note, I have the filter-2 form block inside of list item 1. In other words, a specific form with a reference radio button populates using the first filter and the target action is to filter the second list using the form inside.

Is this possible?
