Steps to Reproduce

  1. If GPC is ON:

    :cross_mark: cannot:
    • Wait for the user to click “Reject”
    • Fire GA4 and then stop later
    • Treat them like a normal user

    :white_check_mark: must:
    • Immediately treat them as:
    • No GA4
    • Essential only
    • Basically: auto-reject everything optional

Expected Behavior

If GPC is ON:

• Treat them like a normal user

• No GA4
• Essential only
• Basically: auto-reject everything optional
