Hey @amyhynes!
Your setup looks correct — we checked the consent component and attribute configuration, and the fact that your CSV download is returning the right data confirms that consent logs are being collected on the backend.
The issue is that the Log List tab in the Consent Pro dashboard isn’t rendering that data in the UI, even though it exists. This isn’t something you can fix from the site side — it looks like a display issue with the dashboard itself that we need to dig into.
A couple of quick things worth trying while we investigate:
- Open the Consent Pro app in a different browser or incognito/private window
- Hard refresh the dashboard (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac / Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows)
These likely won’t fully resolve it, but they’re worth ruling out first.
One thing that would really help us narrow this down
— has the Log List tab ever shown data for your site, or has it always been empty? That’ll tell us whether this is a recent regression or something that’s been ongoing from the start.
Passing this to the team now to look into the dashboard display side of things. Sorry for the hassle!
Thank you for your help! I did log in with Edge (different browser, and incognito). Nothing changed. Plus a hard browser refresh as you requested did not correct.
Also, as you noted, the current list is abbreviated and not as it was last week with weeks worth of logs.
I have still not received an answer back on this and now there is no CSV option. I am truly getting worried on this situation.
Hello @amyhynes This should be resolved, please check through the app if you are able to see the logs stream in.
This is still not working for us. Here is a video to walk through the logging out and in of Webflow and Finsweet, without success. Webflow - First Carolina Bank - 11 May 2026 | Loom
Thank you!
@robert.kibet This is still not working at all and now the CSV option is not available again. Please, please email me at amyhynes@firstcarolinabank.com to keep me posted at this situation. We are going on a month unresolved at this time. Thank you.
Hey @amyhynes, apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified an issue, and we are working on solving it.
We will be getting in touch with you soon to keep you updated as well as provide the exported CSV while we fix this in the app.
Apologies once more
