Can you share your staging URL or a read-only link to your Webflow project? Also, do you have any draft, password-protected, or archived pages on your site? These could be blocking the scan.
In the meantime, you can try this for a workaround:
Enable auto-generated sitemap in your Webflow site settings (Site Settings > SEO > Auto-generate sitemap). This helps the scanner identify which pages are accessible.
