Hey @james.carbine!

We currently do not support showing custom endpoint consent logs. This tab is intended to show the logs collected by Consent Pro as we now support consent logging natively.

I’ve passed this on to the team to see if there is something we can improve. In the meantime, you’ll have to resort to CloudFlare’s log.

Ok, gotcha. The docs make it sound like it should work in both places.

This is a quick guide to help you if you want to store consents in your own database. Our solution already stores consents automatically in the app, so only follow this guide if you want to save consent logs in an additional location.

Maybe the docs can be updated to make this clear?

We will revise the docs to make this clearer :flexed_biceps:

Hi @Support-Luis!

How long should it take for records to show up? I toggled off the “Store Consents Endpoint URL” setting and published. Tested the site in an incognito window. It’s been about 30 mins and still nothing shows up in the “Records” or “Analytics” tabs.

Thanks!

Hi James, has this been resolved for you, or have you found a solution? I am experiencing the same problem…

Turned off “Store Consents Endpoint URL“ to stop Cloudflare storage, published page, tested in incognito window, gave it an hour… still no logged records.

My ContentPro instance is not showing the log either. We turned off our endpoint as well and republished. However, I am in Webflow staging testing and not in Prod yet.

Hey @here!

We have identified a bug that is causing this. We are working on fixing it as soon as possible :flexed_biceps:

Apologies for the inconvenience!

Thanks Luis. It would be awesome if while fixing this bug, they made it so we could store consents in cloudflare AND also store them in the ConsentPro. Rather than one or the other. So we can have our own long term storage but have a nice interface to analyze them. Just sayin.

Hey, I’m experiencing this problem as well on a brand new site. Not storing consents anywhere else. On premium plan.

@Support-Luis any way I can get help?

Hey @matteo.fabbiani.it! Can you share a read-only link?

I am getting the same issue. Looks like it stopped 7 days ago. Was working beautifully and now nothing is logging.

Hey @amyhynes, we have identified the issue. We are working on a fix.

Apologies for the inconvenience :folded_hands:
