There is an open feature request that shoulda address this issue.

Just adding thatโs failing for Japanese as well.
@Support-Luis is there any word on when this will be fixed?
I think Iโve found a functional hack-
- synchronously embed a hidden random English string in all 's in the rich text element before FS ToC runs
- have another script remove it after FS ToC runs to clean SEO and any unwanted chars in the ToC
Quick tests suggest it will work, but itโs exceptionally hacky.

We are getting closer to the V2 release where this issue should be fixed without the need for any added hack/code.
Iโm afraid I still do not have an exact date.
