Hi, I am working in wized and you can see I am at the path “/bag-items”, but when I am trying to set an event (right panel), the path is not showing there

Since the page /bag-items is already present on the pages dropdown as seen in the screenshot - I do think this is a cache issue and clearing your cache and reloading the project might fix this. Could you try and share if you still have an issue?
I tried by clearing the cache, but it is still not there.
I have tried making new pages with different name, but those are not showing as well.

I think the cache might have not been wiped out, when you cleared your cache - were you logged out of wized?

I have tried open the read-only link from different chrome account, there it is showing, but when I open it in my current browser its not visible there.
No - the thing is cache wiping usually removes cookies as well which logs a user out of Wized automatically. Now since that didn’t happen from your reply I think maybe it was a cache wipe of temporary files and stylesheets.
Could you clear out cookies(this will log you out) as well as the local and session storage for the Wized site and try reloading once more
