522 Error when attempting to Log In

Hey folks, I have a client who recently purchased Consent Pro and I’m adding it to their site. However, I can’t seem to log in to my Finsweet account when initializing the Webflow app. I’ve actually had this problem since yesterday morning hoping it’d sort itself out but nah…

Finsweet’s status page looks fine, but I’m getting a 522 error whenever I try to log in by clicking the button on the Webflow app, going to my.finsweet.com, and I get another 522 when clicking the CTAs on the Consent Pro pricing page.

Is anyone else having this issue? I feel like the forum isn’t really the place for this but I have no clue where else to go.

We don’t have any other reports of issues at the moment. I also tested the process on my end and was able to log in without any problems.

Could you try accessing it in an incognito window and let me know if the issue persists?

Hey Luis, thanks for the reply! I tried an incognito window today and I’m able to sign in normally. However, I get a 522 error whenever I click on anything in the Workspace (like Home, Plans, Billing, etc).

Still can’t sign in outside of an incognito window. This is what my error window looks like:

EDIT: Also tried Safari - both a normal window and a private tab, and neither get to the log in / sign in page. Just a white screen.

Are there any updates on this or anywhere I can follow along for progress on this issue? Is there anything I can do now to get Consent Pro working?
