For a client project, i implemented the Consent Pro banner. Works great on my devices (Mac & Iphone) on all browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
But on the client side, some of them having the Cookie banner not working, it closes on click, but preferences are not saved so it reappears everytime they refresh the page. They are on Windows, and the issue is on Chrome & Edge, tried to check on BrowserStack and on my end, everyhting works well on all devices
Does somebdoy experienced something similar, or know how to solve that kind of issue?

Could you provide more information about your client’s device? I have just tested this, and the banner works as expected.
Are their browsers up to date? Could they have an extension interfering with the banner?
The best way for them to test would be to use an incognito window

I’ll ask them to run those tests and let you know if anything changes

Client browsers (Chrome + Edge) are up to date, they made a test in incognito mode and cookie preferences are still not saved… The banner keeps reappearing on each site refresh…

As you can see, it’s in private mode, and when she re opens the website, the banner is still appearing even if she clicked on “Accept”.
One thing to note is that i added Webflow interactions on click on the banner buttons that opens or close the banner (temporary fix while finding a solution for why the cookie preferences are not working). So on the video, the banner is closing but i think it’s because of the click on the button that fires the webflow interaction
