Database Sync error: Airtable Error: Invalid permissions - URGENT

Hello Team,

I recently created a user for our developer in Airtable so he could configure the CMS-Bridge connections using my Finsweet account. After removing him from our Airtable members (since he only needed temporary access), I’m now seeing the following error:

Error:

Error:

Database Sync error: Airtable Error: Invalid permissions, or the requested model was not found.
Check that both your user and your token have the required permissions, and that the model names and/or ids are correct.

Is there a way to update the token, or any alternative solution that doesn’t require reconfiguring everything? The syncs are still in place, but they’re no longer functioning.

Hey @chloe!

A table may have been deleted, the wrong base selected, or tokens revoked.

Could you please try recreateing the connection?

Hi @Support-Luis ,
Thank you! (and sorry for the slow reply - I clearly failed to turn on email alerts!!)
I suspect it’s because I’ve removed access from Airtable for the person who set it all up.
We used my Finsweet account - so that’s all good.

When you say “Recreate the connection” (and apologies for dumb questions) do you mean hit the big blue “+ create a new connection” button? Or do I need to go somewhere else?

I just don’t want to totally screw it up!

That is correct! You can create a connection as you’ve created the existing ones. The only extra step is to recreate the token, as the previous ones from he broken connection should not be used.

Here is a guis, hope this helps!

Steps:

  1. Click Edit

  2. Click Back

  3. Click Delete token

  4. Click Connect to airtable

  5. If needed you can also recreate the Webflow token

Cool thank you! I’m in meetings all day today - but I’ll give it a go on Friday and get back to you.
