I hope you are well, i am activated back the subsprition to cookies, but it do not work on the website, for exemple, when you click on a button accept or else nothing happend On the Tag manager debuggin test, the consent mode initalisation is fired, but when i click on “accept cookies” i should have the google analytics tag fired also, but nothing hapend. This seemd to happend only on the home page… It seems to be working on a collection page. In the home page, event my smootify integration fails to work (but work on the collection page).
Click on a cookie button in the live website and nothin happend. Even if you want to add something in the basket from the homepage it do not work. Strangly it works (cookies et basket) if you go a collection page.
The issue seems to come from the global banner setting! I would recommend moving the banner elements to the home page and setting the source to the home page instead of a collection item’s page.
This will prevent the banner from failing to be fetched if the CMS Item is deleted.
You can definetly chose any other page as the source, just be sure to click “Update Cookie Consent” before publishing!
Thanks ! As the source was already on the home page and the component was also on the home page, i tried to change it with an other page. I put the component on the “tous les produits/ all products” and it seems to works well everywhere, expect on the home page… I don’t even have the banner showing.
