Only one filter is not working from URL string

The filters work properly on the page, however when you are coming from another page and using one of the URL’s below to pre-filter the results when you land on the page the bottom one does not work?

Thoughts,

I have a filter that is not working…

This works:

This Does not work
https://vika-beta.webflow.io/projects?office=Washington%2C+DC
