Unbind CMS app not working

From the new app, I’m unable to get the CMS unbind function working at a parent level. Has this been changed recently? i’m looking to duplicate a whole page-wrapper but seems like this can only trigger now at a CMS list level?

If that’s the case, how are others moving past this?

This seems to be related to Extension rather than Attributes v2.

We’ve confirmed this issue with the CMS unbind function before. It’s likely a Webflow limitation affecting how elements interact after unbinding collections with Extension. Your screenshot shows the page-wrapper selected, but Extension showing “Select a valid element” - this suggests the unbind function now needs CMS list context rather than working at the page-wrapper level.

The unbind function appears to only work at the CMS Collection List level now, with parent-level unbinding no longer supported the same way. :flexed_biceps:

You could try a different approach:

  • Select each CMS Collection List separately and use Extension’s unbind feature
  • Or use Webflow’s built-in page duplication first, then address CMS bindings manually

Could you share your actual staging site link? The HTML appears to be a generic template, and seeing your real site structure would help us understand your specific CMS setup better.

Dang that stinks to hear. This tool really shined when needing to extract a whole page from unbinding. This feels a bit underwhelming now
