When should I use Bridge over Wized?

I’m about to start a large data driven project and I’m considering Bridge and Wized. Can anyone give me a brief pro’s v con’s for each?

Hey @Hiredgoon! It all comes down to the requirements of your project. Wized is a web app builder that has more functionality and options than CMS Bridge, which is only a data sync between Webflow and Airtable.

CMS Bridge is the way to go if you plan on only syncing the data from Airtable to Webflow.

However, if you plan to add other services such as users, payment management, and such. Wized is the way to go.

Hey @Support-Luis! Can Wized perform a data sync between Airtable and Webflow like CMS Bridge can?
I understand that Wized can ‘Render a List’ to display data on the site but can it sync that data into a Webflow CMS Collection instead?

I have a project where Airtable will be used as the database for all CMS data so users can create, update, and delete their respective CMS items (which is where I see Wized coming in) but i’d like to retain the use of Webflows CMS to display the data on the site front-end, particularly for SEO purposes, and therefore need the data synced to Webflow rather than just rendered on the page.

Hey @brendan!

Wized can read and modify data in Airtable.

Here is a quick (Legacy) video of data out actions in Wized →

I suppose it can also be integrated with Webflow’s own CMS API as it is a REST API but I am not sure if you need this or how it would work
