CMS Bridge Sync Button not Triggering Sync

Hi there!

Have CMS Bridge setup and connected correctly to the best of our knowledge, and as we’ve successfully done with other AirTable bases & other Webflow sites.

When we click the SYNC button, the circular loading animation appears for 1-2 seconds, then it goes back to regular state — without triggering the actual sync!

We’ve disconnected all fields and reconnected them.

We’ve deleted the entire connection, and made a new connection using NEW tokens.

All fields appear to be connected correctly, and I’ve attached some screenshots that should show the most important ones.

Any idea what’s up?

UPDATE:
Have tested Syncs we set up previously — and worked perfectly — on other websites and all are experiencing the exact same issue. We are also on the Unlimited plan.

Hey @tribalhelix! By any chance, do you have a multi-reference field? If so, this will be the second time this issue has been reported today. The team is already aware and we are looking into it

No — there are no multi-reference fields, nor single reference fields whatsoever in the sync that we initially discovered the issue.

To clarify further, even the Webflow collection doesn’t have a reference field in it.

We’ve attempted to sync with only the required fields connected, still didn’t work.

Hi @tribalhelix , it should be fixed. Please try to Sync again. However, if the bug still persists, then please send us a screenshot of the Network Request and Response, so we can see if it shows any error.

Very relieved and happy to say that everything appears to be working as intended again, without the need to re-connect or re-authorize any existing setups. Glad this was addressed and fixed quickly, thank you.
