CMS Element + CMS Filters are not working on static items

Hey all,

I am facing some issue while implementing CMS Element into one of my project. I have followed the instructions as explained and using CMS Filters with this CMS Element for a static item search and filter functionality.

It is not working as it should be. Can anyone help?
