Your marquee components look properly set up in the HTML with the correct fs-marquee attributes and script loading. Since it works on desktop and in Designer but disappears on mobile live, we’re likely dealing with a mobile-specific issue.

Here’s what to check :thinking::

  1. Try different mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Chrome, Android if possible) in both portrait and landscape

  2. Check for CSS conflicts by inspecting mobile breakpoints for any display:none or visibility:hidden rules affecting the marquee

  3. If your marquee contains images, change loading=“lazy” to loading=“eager” as lazy loading can cause calculation issues on mobile

  4. Review your marquee breakpoint settings in the Finsweet Components app to ensure mobile settings aren’t pausing or hiding the marquee

Another approach might be to simplify your marquee setup by using fewer items and gradually adding them back to identify if a specific element is causing the issue :flexed_biceps:

If these steps don’t solve it, @Support-Luis, @Support-Pedro or @jesse.muiruri can help with deeper investigation.

Hi Finn,

Tried the steps and it doesn’t seem to be working. One of them is just a simple marquee with text. I don’t get by it’s not working for at least that one.

Please help @Support-Luis, @Support-Pedro @jesse.muiruri

Hi @alex.xquisitely

According to the docs, Finsweet Components (including Marquee Slider) now require a paid plan to run on published sites with custom domains like in your case https://www.omnihealingstudio.com/

The most likely thing happening:

  • Desktop testing is likely using Webflow preview or cached dev script & so works
  • Mobile visitors on the other hand load production domain script, component is blocked, marquee stops initializing

This is why behavior differs by device

Perfect. Thanks. I simply didn’t remember to add the domain to the paid component. Thanks!
