Scroll Disable Smart Nav not working, automated support says setup is correct

Hi there, I’m trying out the scroll-disable attribute on a navbar but it doesn’t appear to be triggering.

The automated support is telling me the smart-nav attribute is setup correctly.

On navbar, I have fs-scrolldisable-element=“smart-nav” attribute.
