Upgraded to Unlimited but still showing out of credits

Upgraded to CMS Bridge Unlimited but extension is stuck saying I’m still on the free plan. Have tried signing out, clearing cookies, cache, restarting browser, etc. Still stuck.

Based on previous support experience with this exact symptom pattern, the most common cause is that your domain or workspace hasn’t been linked to your CMS Bridge subscription in your Finsweet dashboard yet.

Here’s what to check:

  1. Go to your Finsweet dashboard at my.finsweet.com
  2. Log in with the same account you used to purchase CMS Bridge Unlimited
  3. Look for your workspace/domain settings and make sure your workspace is properly connected to the subscription
  4. Verify the subscription shows as active for CMS Bridge Unlimited

Once the domain is linked, the extension should recognize your upgraded plan immediately — no cache clearing or reinstalling needed.
