Advanced Dropdown Select for Form with multiple options, tagging and grouped answers

Hello,

Would it be possible to make this custom dropdown select using Webflow native form and Attributes?

It’s the ‘Choose up to five ports:’ field. I’d imagine it would require quite a bit of additional custom code but let me know what you think, or if it’s something you may have done before.

Hello @Scott_Humphrey, trying to achieve this with custom code would be an overkill. It would require alooot of code
I would advise you use a 3rd party library like input chip to achieve something similar
