Hello everyone!
I’m using Finsweet’s “Bridge” to sync my Airtable records with Webflow. Whenever I set an item to “Published” in Airtable, it automatically appears live on my Webflow site no manual publish required.
However, if I switch that same item to “Draft” (either in Airtable or within the Webflow CMS), Webflow shows the status as “Draft changes,” but the item stays on the live site until I manually publish the whole project.
Is there a way to unpublish items automatically (i.e., have them come down from the live site immediately) just like they go live automatically? Or is the only option to do a full manual publish in Webflow whenever I switch an item to Draft?
Thanks so much for any help or suggestions!
Hey @olegrij90! I am afraid we currently do not support automatic 2-way sync.
A good practice is to have separate table views in Airtable to only sync items from there instead.

- From the dedicated Airtable View, all items whose Last Modified Time changed will be Synced
- Recommended: create a separate field to trigger the Last Modified Time Field

THank you @Support-Luis ,
Just to confirm:
- When I publish new items from Airtable via Bridge, they go live in Webflow without me manually publishing.
- However, if I switch an item to Draft in Airtable, I need to manually publish the site in Webflow for it to be removed from the live site.
Is that correct and is there any known workaround for auto-unpublishing without a full manual site publish?
Thank you for clarifying!
