Is it possible to automatically publish Webflow CMS updates after Syncing?

I see in the Webflow documentation, its possible to automatically publish a collection item, without re-publishing the whole site: https://help.webflow.com/hc/en-us/articles/33961230697107-Save-and-publish-Collection-items

Is it possible to do this when adding / updating from CMS Bridge?

My goal is to make it so I can use CMS Bridge to update records, but don’t have to go manually publish my site each time.
