I’ve recently installed the new Finsweet Component application, more specifically the Cookies Consents, but we’re experiencing a bug: the banner appears only 5% of the time.
When we arrive on the site we see the consent popup flash and disappear, I followed the step by step guide, I deleted and restarted the procedure, but nothing helped.
When it appears, everything works, but only when it appears…

I have the same issue. When I open my Staging website the Cookie consent work as it should. This is the site: https://bambootel.webflow.io/
If I open my production site the Cookie consent sometimes appear but goes away after 2 seconds. On some pages the Cookie consent does not even appear. this is the site: https://www.bambootel.com/
Hope you guys have the solution for me.

I have the same issue, the cookie consent banner only appears for 2 seconds. I already tried to clean my saved cookies, but no difference.

Hi just found a solution to my problem !
A beginner’s mistake at that, I wondered how Finsweet could know what my personalized domain name was.
Go to this address: https://my.finsweet.com/subscriptions/
And click on your subscription details, you’ll find a Site field, enter your personalized domain name and you’re done!

What @pierre is stating is correct, the Components need to be linked to a subscription for them to work on the production domain. If no license is set for this domain Finsweet Components will not work as expected.
As Pierre also said, you can link the license to a domain by going to https://my.finsweet.com/subscriptions and adding your production domain.
