Fs mirror click is not triggering fs cms filter

I have an element inside a modal that is the trigger for the mirror click, then i have a checkbox outside the modal that is the target…

Tried investigating and the checkbox is indeed being checked, but the filter is not happening…

Not sure how I will show it to you, since the page is gated, but any help or suggestions will be very much appreciated.

By the way, i have also tried using custom code to click, the span, label and input of the target checkbox, but it still wont trigger the fs cms filter.
