I’ve added bridge to an airtable base. The connection works fine as I can see data is being updated in both directions (WF → AT & AT → WF).
But now the syncing warning is stuck and the only way to stop it is to cancel the sync. I’m unable to edit connections, even other ones.
I had the same problem for 3 connection I’ve made with 2 different table and in both direction.
Also, is it possible to get rid for good of the red warning bloc saying that a sync has been canceled. It appears each time I launch the extension.
Hey @raphael, could you share some screen captures or a quick loom on the issue? I am not sure why this could be happening but will take a look with the team
Thanks for the reply. I reopened the project today and it seems the problem now went away. I still have the error messages from when I canceled but the data still went through, if you want:
Sorry for the unnecessary alert. Now on a side note, would be great to have the status message in a small dropdown by default and the ability to expand to see details. And also to be able to rename connexions.
Thanks for reporting the stuck “in progress” message. Our dev will look into it & respond.
Note that while 1 Connection is in progress, you cannot work nor Sync any other Connections.
As you’ve noticed, currently, the last Sync message is always displayed. You’ve made a good suggestion about adding a dropdown to hide it, thank you, I’ve made a note of it.
Could you please tell me more about the ability to rename the Connections? What about the current system isn’t working for you?
